double trouble

No longer 19 anymore this year. From now onwards, my age begins with the number '2' till the next 10 years it'll be 30 and counting.

Gosh! Imagine myself a year older. No negative thoughts. Should look on the brigther side in which I find myseld thinking maturely now. Deciding about what I should do within this 10 years starting from this very moment onwards. It all revolves around how will my life be in the future. Sigh.

Long story short. This year wasn't that much of a 'noise' compared to last year. Pretty quiet. That's the best way to describe my day for the year. When the clock strikes midnight, somehow, I expected loads of messages to flood my mobile. Well, it isn't what it seems to be.

Next morning, my boy was on his way to have brunch with me right after he went to college to get some things done. Half-way out, somehow we got into an accident. I totally went berserked as we hit a motorcyclists. Thank God that the biker has only got minor injuries but we have to compensate towards the damages done to his motorcycle. It was such a disaster. And I was in a hurry to catch a movie with my bestie. How hectic it is just within a few hours!

Phew! At least I managed to pick her up and ready to catch our show for the day: 27 Dresses! At the beginning of the year, I've been in much anticipation to watch it as the title says it all. 27 is my lucky number. Haha. I was totally thrilled to know that it's on premiere on this particular day. It was just fantastic! Couldn't even find words to describe how I felt at that very moment.

But, during the journey to the mall, somehow, I got hit by a car just before the toll. Wham! I was lucky that I managed to evade from it before that son-of-a-bitch causes much damages to my precious one. Gosh! Starting to get panicky and cursing non-stop. That includes honking as much as I could!! That irresponsible driver doesn't give two shits about what he just did and TOTALLY IGNORE me honking! How rude! Worst still, after managed to pass through, he drove as fast as he could and vanished from my sight within seconds! Thank God that it was just a few strokes of his car paint and not scratches or a leap at the right side of the bumper! Boy, I was lucky.

27 Dresses was fantastically AWESOME! It's enlightening and also romantic at the same time. A must movie to watch for those who love those lovey-dovey moments.

After that, Gracie and I went present hunting as she hadn't exactly got me a gift yet. It took me long enough to decide what shall I get as it isn't appropriate to actually have the right to choose what I want for my gift. Haha. To choose between two good cds was indeed tough. But I went with my choice of selection which is the Maroon 5 Limited Deluxe Edition. Probably Leona Lewis next time. =)

Later at night, I had all my time with my boy! We had a simple dinner. Well, I don't demand much as long as it's all about simplicity. Yup, I know. It's that time of the year, must be extra special. But I'm contented and thankful as well. Subway wraps' and also a nice slice of Ipanema. Probably the one and only cake that I got this year. Haha. It was great to just spend time with these two amazing people who's part of my everyday life. Thanks for everything! =D

unbelievable!

Crap! My whole day today feels totally and completely crap! Perhaps that's the perfect word for it!

Early in the morning, I was awaken with call on my cell. Then, I realize that my beloved brother of mine took the car out to school. We talked about it yesterday that we both are going together as my college and his school are within the same area. I didn't expect that he would drive all the way by himself there leaving me behind! How selfish! Can't he wait? I fully understand that he's a beginner as he just got his license for about a month or two but that doesn't gives him the right to do what he think is totally OK for him! Fine! Managed to tolerate that but I ended up not talking to him the whole day.

Next, was another disaster that I really didn't see it coming. Pretty harmless disaster in fact. I intended to burn The L Word series since that my boyfriend's laptop is with me. Eventually, it got stuck half-way and I can't manage to eject it. The only possibility is to shut it down. At the same time, I was having downloading Season 3 of the L word and the connection sucks bad times as it takes ages to attain a download speed. Therefore, I had to fore go either to shut it down or leave it just the way it is. But I decide to go with the first. Gosh! Just as I expected, the connection was totally dead. Nothing was running! But I did managed to get the DVD out of it.

Sigh! After that, I had to leave to college along with my boy as he needs to get his results as well. Somehow, I had a feeling that the office is closing half an hour earlier from 5pm. We got there at around 4.45pm. What we saw was totally shocking! There was 2 security guards at the entrance of the office in order to prevent students from getting in as the staffs had told them clearly that it was that time of the day!! Pissed off straight!! Well, not wanting to repeat my mistakes before in creating a scene with them, I managed to calm myself down! Gosh! Unbelievable! Guess I'll have to get back to college tomorrow then. Sigh.

Truly did not expect my day to turn out so bad. It was just Tuesday. "Why is this so", I asked myself. Sigh. Guess there isn't any answer for it as this is what God has plan my day to be. I'll get my shower and head to bed hoping for a better day tomorrow. 2 more days to go! All the best.

a night to remember

Ok. Here goes.

Its my first time baking A CAKE. Yup! First time. You read it right. But its NOT my first attempt to bake. I've always have this enormous love towards baking. Its one of my another obsession. Just cant get enough of it! =)

Well, it's a simple cake to start with. Moist Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Frosting. Except that it wasn't that moist enough. Probably the temperature. Haha.
Tried to make it as much presentable as I could but it's still alright for a beginner like me. Will try my best next time.

Most important of all, it's a birthday cake for dearie Gracie.

We asked J along, but he couldn't be there. Sigh. That makes only the two of us to celebrate. It was kind of quiet though but it was fun too. The past 2 years, we were there also for the same occasion but it was it a couple of friends compare to 2 years later. Lol. Anyhow, it was better than nothing huh?

Anyway, Happy Birthday my dear Gracie..

truly a new beginning

Finally.

I've been thinking a lot about having this blog. At last, I make my decision. Having a blog isn't easy at all. The reason why I keep holding back is to update it. That's the most important part of all. Now that it has been created, I would try my very best to keep it. A truly new beginning..

Before I go on, today marks the day of my best pal, Gracie. She just step into the world of 20. Gosh! In another 9 more days to come, I'll be the same as her. That brings back memories a lot of memories. Without realizing, we've known each other for about 10 years now. Isn't that long??
